Planking

Finally got to write on my blog again! I have been quite busy lately so I only had the opportunity to write again today. Anyways, just last weekend my friends were doing their usual chilling on a cafe when suddenly they've decided to do something fun,
they wanted to do planking. I just wanted to share a little about what they were doing and who knows you might be doing it next time.

Planking is basically lying  face down with both hands touching the side of the body and feet close together to mimic a wooden plank. An example is this picture below..

One important thing about this game is being creative on where you would be planking. It could be on the floor, roof, swing, or wherever possible. It would really be fun especially when you're with your friends. Taking photographs and posting it on social networking sites like Facebook  makes this game even more fun since you get feedbacks from other people. =D
