The city life nowadays has never been more stressful. Traffic going from bad to worst, flooding in most areas when it rains, and just being too busy from work. Every once in a while, we need that escape from city life and just breathe that fresh air. What better place to do so than at Lava Mountain River Farm.
Lava River Mountain Farm, located at Biasong, Brgy Bonbon Cebu City, Philippines, is a paradise yet to be discovered. This is a private rest house which just recently opened to the public. It is just a 1-2 hr drive away from the city, depending on the weather, since you would have to go through an off-road before getting there. This place is owned by the Lava family, thus the name lava (not the hot molten rock erupted from the volcano which you initially thought..hehe). They
also own
Abaseria, a filipino restaurant located near Sarosa Hotel (been there before and I tell you the food is great!).
